Your Gallup Fire Department would like to introduce our community to Fire Recruit Mauricio Moreno who joined your Gallup Fire Department last week.
Mauricio comes to us with no prior fire service experience or education but he wanted to join the Gallup Fire Department so he could pursue a career and have a purpose in life of helping other people.
When not at work Mauricio enjoys playing video games, working out and plays football.
Over the next year Mauricio will go through extensive training for his EMT-Basic, Firefighter I & II, Haz-Mat, Vehicle Extrication, and Emergency Vehicle Driving.
