Your Gallup Fire Department is excited to be a part of the Gallup McKinley County Schools College, Career & Civic Readiness Department and the Gallup Chamber of Commerce Student Internship Program.
This program will give seniors the opportunity to internship with local businesses and/or departments for on-the-job experience that is vital to prepare them for college or the workforce.
Your Gallup Fire Department will be hosting 4 student interns for the fall and spring semesters. They will be rotating through our Training Division, EMS Division, and Fire Prevention Office and will be riding along with our on-duty crews.
We are excited about this program and we look forward to showing the interns the ins and outs of being a member of your Gallup Fire Department.
