This morning, Crew C of your Gallup Fire Department was dispatched to a vehicle that struck a building. Upon arrival crews found that a vehicle had struck the lower level support structure of a 2 story hotel building located on the west side of the city. Crews conducted a search of the rooms and found that only 1 of the rooms was occupied. The occupant of the room and the driver of the vehicle had no injuries. Crews assessed for structural damage and sealed off 6 rooms in the hotel building for safety.
