Of the 3,665 people living in Milan in 2020, 42.6 percent (1,563) were women and 57.4 percent (2,102) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the WC New Mexico News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 278. In the 65 and over age range, there were 221 females and 66 males.
